You can follow these simple steps to resend e-tickets to all your patrons/customers in instances where these tickets were not initially received.
Step 1: From Manage Events, edit your event Date/Time
Step 2: A pop up will appear giving you the option to update your performance date and time. Change the time of your event to any temporary one and save, but do not opt to send the patrons/customers any notifications
Step 3: Change your event date and time back to the correct details, save and this time opt to resend the tickets and select submit.
Once completed, all patrons/customers who have purchased tickets previously, will receive a copy of their e-tickets via email.
