SecurePay Client ID and Secret Key

Please read the below instructions on how to successfully setup your SecurePay account in any  situation. 

Updating SecurePay REST API for Existing Customers

  • You will need to sign up to a SecurePay My Post Business account click here
  • An email from Australia Post will be sent to activate the account
  • Click the ‘Activate now’ button within the email which will log you into the SecurePay Dashboard
  • You can log out at this point
  • Email the support team using the below email template
  • Ensure you have access to the SecurePay Dashboard, refer to the troubleshooting section if you are unable to get access
  • The Support team will email you to confirm that your existing SecurePay account has been linked
  • Log into the SecurePay My Post Business Dashboard click here
  • Locate the Live credentials within the ‘Start trading’ section
  • Enter the Live credentials into the TicketSearch platform

New SecurePay Gateway Customers

  • You will need to sign up to a SecurePay My Post Business account click here
  • An email from Australia Post will be sent to activate the account
  • Click the ‘Activate now’ button within the email which will log you into the SecurePay Dashboard
  • Click ‘Activate now’ within the ‘Apply for a SecurePay Gateway account’ for the online application
  • Once the application has been processed, a welcome email will be sent containing SecurePay’s Merchant Portal credentials used to manage your SecurePay account
  • Log into the SecurePay My Post Business Dashboard click here
  • Locate the Live API credentials within the ‘Start trading’ section
  • Enter the Live API credentials into the TicketSearch platform

New All in One Solution Customers (Gateway and Merchant)

  • You will need to sign up to a SecurePay My Post Business account click here
  • An email from Australia Post will be sent to activate the account
  • Click the ‘Activate now’ button within the email which will log you into the SecurePay Dashboard
  • Click ‘Activate now’ within ‘Get started with SecurePay’ for the online application
  • Once the application has been processed, a welcome email will be sent containing SecurePay’s Merchant Portal credentials used to manage your SecurePay account.
  • Log into the SecurePay’s Merchant Portal (here) and complete the compliance form to activate your account
  • Log into the SecurePay My Post Business Dashboard click here
  • Locate the Live API credentials within “Start trading” section
  • Enter the Live API credentials into the TicketSearch platform
