In ever changing times, you may need to reschedule an event. To do this, in your event build, select the edit icon besides ‘Date/Time’ for the event you would like to reschedule. Once selected, a popup will appear giving you the option to ‘Update Performance Date and Time’ for the specific event. Simply update the date and time for your event and select ‘Save’.
Another popup screen will appear giving you the option to resend the tickets for the updated event. In addition to resending the e-tickets, you can also update all patrons/customers who would have purchased tickets for the event of the changes. Once completed, select ‘Submit’.
An email notification will be sent updating customers/patrons of the change in the event date and time and another, issuing new tickets.
