New Feature Alert!
We’ve solved the issue of promo codes being shared multiple times by customers when created via ticket types, with the introduction of One-Off Pomo Codes. One off promo code allows you to bulk create or import into TicketSearch, multiple discount codes generally for one time use.
One off promo codes are located under Marketing > One Off Promo Codes.

The page is divided into two (2) sections:
- the generation of your one-off promo codes
- your promo code history which shows your previously created groups

Creating your one-off promo codes
To create your one off promo code, you will need to enter a unique name for your promo code group. For example, if you are generating or importing promo codes for your event ABC, you can assign your promo code group name as ‘ABC’. This will allow you to quickly identify a group.
Next, you will select the option to either import your promo code (i.e., from Groupon, Living Social) If you are importing barcodes into TicketSearch, you will be required to click on ‘Download CSV File’ and append your promo codes into column A. ‘Select a File to Upload’ and then click ‘Import’. Any errors in your imported file will display on the screen and/or in the ‘Promo Code History’ area.

OR to have TicketSearch generate a promo code for you. If this option is selected, you will need to specify how many characters the promo code should have, the number of codes you would like to generate and any specific parameters you require. Once all of your desired options are selected, click ‘Generate’ to have your one off promo code created.

A successful message will be displayed when your code is generated.
