Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) – New Security Feature
We’ve introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to a password, users may be prompted to enter a verification code sent via email or generated by an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
MFA settings can be found under Organisation Settings > General Settings > MFA. After setup, users can authenticate at login using either the authenticator app code or the email code.
- Mandatory MFA: Users must enter the MFA code at login; the Skip MFA option is not available.
- Non-mandatory MFA: Users may enter the MFA code or choose Skip MFA for flexibility, while still keeping the option available for added security.
This feature significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access and enhances account security.

Relative Sales Date Range in Fundraising/Donations Report
We have added the relative sales date range feature to the Fundraising/Donations Detailed Report. This works the same way as in other reports, allowing users to filter data based on dynamic date ranges for more flexible reporting.
Optimized Primary Reconciliation Report for Performance Filters
The Primary Rec Report has been optimized to improve performance when filtering by performance date range or a specific performance(s). Reports now generate faster, providing a smoother and more efficient experience.
