March 2025
We are pleased to announce that Mini Release 91 is now live. This update includes several enhancements and fixes to improve system performance and user experience. Below are the key updates in this release.
1. New Enhancement in Membership Build
A new membership feature has been introduced to prevent the use of the same email address for Primary/Secondary membership setups. This enhancement is now live.
- A new question has been added under the Options and Add-ons tab in Membership Build Step 1.
- If the first question, “Allow customers to use the same email address when purchasing a membership?” is turned ON, then the second question, “Would you like to restrict the use of the same email address for purchasing a membership if the ‘Primary Contact’ checkbox is not selected?” will be visible.

Example Scenarios:
For example, you have two membership types—Adult and Child—where the Adult membership can serve as the Primary.

Scenario 1:
- If the two questions are set as YES and NO respectively:
- Purchasing two adult memberships with the same email address will not be allowed unless the Primary Contact checkbox is selected.
- Purchasing one adult and one child membership with the same email address will be allowed, regardless of the primary checkbox status.

Scenario 2:
- If both questions are set to YES:
- Purchasing two adult memberships with the same email address will still require the Primary Contact checkbox to be selected.
- Purchasing one adult and one child membership with the same email address will also require the Primary Contact checkbox to be selected for the adult membership (this change is due to enabling the new question).

2. Linking Multiple Organisations
If you manage multiple organisations and want to view all transactions for both organisations A and B, you can now link them seamlessly. Great for organisations running multiple organisations or for promoters running events at several organisations, Restricted by your user access.
Linking Option: Once you log in and have access to multiple organisations with your email ID, you will see a ‘link now’ option next to the current organisation you are logged into.
Navigation: After linking, a dropdown arrow will appear, allowing you to easily switch between the two organisations.

Once you select ‘Link Now’, all organisations for which you have access will be displayed. To link an organisation, you will be prompted to enter the password for that specific organisation. If an incorrect password is entered, a validation message will be shown.

Once you have successfully linked all the organisations for which you have access, a dropdown list will appear, allowing you to switch between them with ease. This feature eliminates the need to enter your password each time you switch organisations.

Removing Organisation Access
If you no longer require access to a particular organisation, follow these steps:
Click on ‘Link Now’.
Once the page opens, select the ‘Unlink’ button next to the organisation you want to remove. The organisation will be removed from the dropdown list.

If you have set a timeline for users to change their passwords (e.g., every 30 days) in the General Settings under Back Office Login, this requirement will appear in the ‘Link Now’ area when prompted to enter your password.
Additionally, if the user enters the password incorrectly more times than allowed, a message will be displayed on the screen.
3. iPay88 Indonesia Upgrade
iPay88 has upgraded its version for improved stability. We have implemented several changes related specifically to Indonesia to align with these updates.
4. iPay88 Malaysia Security Enhancement
For enhanced security, we have upgraded iPay88 Malaysia’s API signature algorithm.
5. Event Dropdown Optimization in Reports
The event dropdown in all reports has been optimized for faster loading. Previously, it took over a minute to load for venues with thousands of events. Now, events load instantly, significantly improving report generation efficiency.
6. Fix for Duplicate Questionnaire Popups in Online Sales
A fix has been applied to prevent the questionnaire popup from appearing twice during online sales. This issue occurred when a mandatory questionnaire was assigned at Event Build Step 3 under Transaction Questionnaire settings.
7. Fix for Report Data Fetching Issues
Some reports, including SMS and Google Address Reports, were fetching data outside the specified date range. This has now been fixed, ensuring accurate data retrieval.
8. Fix for Sales Date Issue in Promoter Access Detailed Report
An issue was identified where the Promoter Access Detailed report was not displaying events correctly based on sales dates. For example, if an event session was on March 12, 2025, and a report was generated for sales between March 13–30, 2025, the event would not appear. This issue has now been resolved.
