We are thrilled to announce the successful deployment of Mini Release 82. This update includes a series of enhancements and bug fixes designed to improve functionality, user experience, and overall efficiency. Here’s what you can expect from the latest updates:
Key Enhancements and Fixes:
1. Exchange and Refund Popup Tips:
We have added clear, concise tips to the exchange and refund popups to help operators understand how to include or exclude fees while processing exchanges and refunds. This ensures a smoother and more informed transaction process.


2. Enhanced Promoter Revenue Reporting
We’ve streamlined the Promoter Detailed Report by merging two grids, improving readability and providing a more cohesive view of revenue data for promoters.

3. Enhanced Scan Settings UI
We’ve increased the width of the scan start and end time input fields to ensure the AM/PM options are fully visible for improved usability.

4. General Admission Display Fix
We resolved the issue where General Admission areas were not displayed when the “Choose Seats For Me” option was selected in RS+GA event combinations. Now, all seating options will be correctly shown.

5. Venue Name Field Update
The venue name field now allows the “@” sign, addressing previous limitations.
6. Report Parameter Optimization
We have resolved errors in reports that involved a large number of events. To prevent merge cell issues, event name parameters are now limited to 1200 characters, ensuring accurate and reliable report generation.
7. Merchandise Fee Display Correction
We’ve corrected the display of merchandise fees when converted from percentages to dollar amounts in event upsells.
8. Membership Retention on Online Payments
We’ve implemented a fix to ensure memberships are correctly retained and assigned when processing payments for multi-membership reservations online, ensuring accurate membership management.
9. External Customer ID Display in Reports
We’ve successfully ensured that External Customer IDs are now correctly appearing in the Primary Marketing Report, providing comprehensive and accurate customer information for enhanced reporting and analysis.
10. Event Daily Sales Report Accuracy
We fixed the issue where generating a report by selecting a session for the Event Daily Sales Report was producing incorrect data. Now, the reports will display accurate session-wise information.
11. Membership Report Enhancements
We’ve enhanced the Membership Report by integrating details of primary and secondary members, providing a comprehensive view of membership data for improved analysis and management.
