GA4 & Google Tag Manager

Note: According to Google, data processing for Google Universal Analytics (UA) will cease from July 1st, and it will be fully replaced by Google Analytics (GA4).

To align with this update, we have integrated Google Analytics 4 into our Ticket Search system. We have renamed the menu option from “Google Analytics” to “Google Analytics (GA4)” and now require the GA4 Measurement ID instead of the Google Analytics ID.

For instance, it can show you where they drop off through your website. To enable this function select ‘yes’ and enter your google analytics ID.
