GA4 & Google Tag Manager

Note: According to Google, data processing for Google Universal Analytics (UA) will cease from July 1st, and it will be fully replaced by Google Analytics (GA4).

To align with this update, we have integrated Google Analytics 4 into our Ticket Search system. We have renamed the menu option from “Google Analytics” to “Google Analytics (GA4)” and now require the GA4 Measurement ID instead of the Google Analytics ID.

What is GA4 and Google Tag Manager?

GA4 is a web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic, currently as a platform inside the Google Marketing Platform. This is a free service offered by Google to track your customers habits. For instance, it can show you where they drop off through your website. To enable this function select ‘yes’ and enter your google analytics ID.
