Example: If your company is named ABC, your current TicketSearch URL is: https://abc.sales.ticketsearch.com/

Through domain masking, we can transform it into a more branded and user-friendly URL: https://ticketing.abc.com/

Implementation Process:

  1. Cost: The cost for domain masking is $495 plus GST, inclusive of support and collaboration with our IT developers.
  2. Timeline: The implementation of this process may vary, ranging from a few days to a few weeks, dependent on your hosting provider.
  3. Steps:
    a. Share your desired sub-domain URL for masking.
    b. We’ll register the masked URL at our end.
    c. You will receive TXT records for verification.
    d. Add the TXT record under your domain for verification.
    e. Once confirmed, we’ll make necessary changes for the URL to access our servers.
  4. Testing: After the URL is live, testing will be crucial. Please note, certain functionalities (payments, SMS, email, Google AdWords, Facebook pixel tracking, etc.) will require client testing as we won’t have full access.

Link Generator: While our link generator will initially generate links with the TicketSearch URL, you have the flexibility to manually replace it with the masked URL.
