Delivery method unavailable when event goes Off-Sale

If you are having issues selecting a delivery method after your event goes off-sale, chances are you have not adjusted your delivery method settings. In addition to adjusting the Off-Sale date and time from Step 4: On-Sale / Off-Sale of your event build to a future date; Go to Step 1: General Information > Delivery Methods > Select the Edit Button> Change your Off-Sale to X Days or X Hours AFTER your event. E.g., Set your eticket delivery option to 3 days after your event goes off-sale.

The delivery method off-sale date and times can affect customer purchases (if set to go off-sale minutes before a performance), late entry of ticket sales or even your ability to process exchanges, ensure you give it a check!
