Follow these steps to troubleshoot if you’ve created an event and getting an error that it is not available:
Step 1: Check your On-sale/Off-Sale
Ensure your event is currently on-sale by going to Step 4: On-Sale / Off-Sale. Check that the On-Sale date is not a past or future date, otherwise the event will show unavailable on your sales page.

Step 2: Check to ensure that your event is activated across the different sales channels. Do this from Step 1: General Information of your event build.

Step 3: Check Step 3: Schedule Editor to ensure that all performances in your event are ‘Active’.

Step 4: Check your ‘Pricing Template’ to ensure that your price levels are correctly set and active across your preferred sales channels.

Step 5: Check tab B) Ticket Types in Step 4: On-Sale / Off-Sale of your event build to ensure that no on-sale or off-sale restrictions exists per ticket type nor there is no maximum or minimum restriction set preventing the availability of tickets for the event.

Step 6: Check to ensure that your event is ‘Active’ and not set to ‘Incomplete’ if you have not selected the ‘Go Live’ button in the Event Summary Section.

Step 7: Ensure your event is not set to private and therefore only accessible through the unique event link. Check this from Step 1: General Information of your event build.
