Purchasing a BOCA Printer

Important information about ordering ticket stock and servicing your BOCA ticket printer 

Ticket stock:

Our preferred supplier is BOCA Systems direct, who have ticket stock availability in Sydney. There are many options spanning from generic to full custom options.  Boca have stated it’s best for our clients to contact them directly by email or phone to discuss options. Please send an email to:

BOCA Servicing

The TLS portal has an extensive library of resources available on an ongoing basis to assist clients, which can be instructive for self-support in the first instance; we recommend that this be used.

Where additional support is required, BOCA offers all clients (even if they originally purchased a BOCA elsewhere) assistance via their Support Portal. The ticket can be lodged via this link: Submit a ticket : Support (freshdesk.com) and must include the serial number of the printer/s (which is affixed as a label on the printer) and a description of the issue(s).
